So how does she cope with it?

What bars or pubs should be recommended for a visit, and what should be avoided? I'm starting to think my companion, no names being mentioned, may be in more need of a stiff drink than I am. Not to mention I'm banking a bit on there being a bar somewhere in Viridian City, as I doubt Pallet Town has one.
